Delivery Method

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and as stress-free as possible. We now offer DPD Next Business Day Delivery as our sole UK shipping option to ensure a faster and more reliable service.

Please leave both your email address and phone number at checkout as our couriers require these details to make sure your parcel reaches you safely and on time.

Shipping Rates UK

  • £4.99 - DPD Next Business Day Delivery

  • Free - DPD Next Business Day Delivery on orders over £100

Free UK delivery will be added automatically if cart is above £100.


Order Cut-Off Times

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Mon–Fri) will be dispatched the same day and delivered the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Mon–Fri) will be dispatched the following business day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.


Delivery Information

  • DPD delivers Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow your delivery.

  • Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly, as we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

 

International Delivery

Europe 

Shipping to Europe is charged at £15 per order.

Delivery typically takes 2–7 working days from dispatch.

North America

Shipping to the United States is $35 per order.

Shipping to Canada is $30 per order.

Estimated delivery time is 3–11 working days from dispatch. 

Australia & New Zealand

Shipping to Australia and New Zealand is £25 per order.

Estimated delivery time is 3–11 working days from dispatch.

Aisa

Shipping to Asia is £25 per order.

Estimated delivery time is 3–11 working days from dispatch.

Rest of the World

For all other international destinations, shipping is £25 per order.

Delivery usually takes 7–10 working days from dispatch.
