Returns & Refunds Policy

 

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • All non-removable Kortsiide tags attached to the garment must remain fully intact.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without their original tags, packaging, or that show signs of wear will not be accepted.

 

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at Contact@kortsiide.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will respond within a few working days to confirm if your return has been approved.

  3. Once approved, send your parcel to the returns address below:

Please include your packing slip or a note with your order number inside the parcel so we can process your refund smoothly.

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed-for courier service to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

  • Please keep hold of your proof of postage and tracking number until your return has been processed.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.

  • Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please email Contact@kortsiide.com with your order number and details of the item you’d like instead.

 

Sale Items

Please note that sale items are non-refundable, we only accept exchanges for items bought in any of our sale periods.


Important Notice

You are fully responsible for ensuring the safe return of your parcel. Items returned without intact Kortsiide tags or in an unsellable condition will not be eligible for a refund.
